Veganism is the way to go. Fruits and vegetables have the LOWEST calories, meaning you can eat more without gaining weight. People will not ask so many questions if you eat a large plate of food (even if the food is all veg and only about 100 calories). Plus if you say you are vegan , people may leave you alone to cook your own food. With eating all the nutritious food your body will feel like it needs less food to run on.
