The ABC Diet is a quick way to loose weight, it's designed to constrict calories but in such a way your metabolic system is tricked into staying high.
It's designed to last 50 days, and then you slowly increase your calorie intake by 100 a day, until you go back to a constant amount. For example; 200, 300, 400, 500.., ect. This should keep the weight off. (It doesn't work if you go straight back to junk food and binging!!!)
Some people don't count fruit or vegetables as part of the calorie intake, however a calorie is a calorie, and will still make you gain weight. It's up to you, but i choose to count them- just in case.
