My Plan
I will reduce my calories and each week review my progress, and set a calorie limit for each day. Eventually I will be eating little enough to be able to succeed on the ABC diet without binging.
I'm very open to any help, or anyone who wishes to diet with me. My motivation is low and I struggle with binge eating and having someone to talk to and confide in will help in motivating me to be disciplined.
